Do I need to pay a deposit to get a quote?
No. The quote is free and without commitment. The deposit is only requested upon signing, after the booking is confirmed.
Which arrival and departure days are available?
Arrivals on Monday or Friday. Saturday possible on request for full weeks. Weekend (Friday → Sunday/Monday), midweek (Monday → Friday) or full week (7 nights).
What does the all-inclusive offer include?
End-of-stay cleaning, bed and bath linen, utilities (water, electricity, heating), full access to spa, heated pool, hammam and shared areas.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, dogs are welcome (€45 per stay). Please mention it in your request so we can prepare the welcome.
Do you speak German or English?
Raymond is fluent in French and German. Our team can also reply by email in English.
