We want you to benefit from a loyalty contract in you discounts
the rent on a percentage related to the number of weeks rented

3) SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT:
Did you enjoy your stay and you will recommend our villas around you.
Please let us know the name of your friend who came or will come and
you discounts on your next pass € 50.

4) EARLY BOOKING:
If you book more than 10 months before the start of the holiday we deduct 5% of the rent.
If you book more than 6 months before the start of the holiday we deduct 3% of the rent.

5) PROMOTION:
8 weeks prior to arrival we display on our site rent reduced by about 10%.

6) LAST MINUTE
4 weeks prior to arrival we display on our site rent reduced by about 15%.

7) SPECIAL CLEANING:
If you leave a particular city clean, tidy, clean view we write off the next passage 3% of the rent.

8) QUESTIONNAIRE "REGISLAND"
We appreciate your feedback and we organize a draw 4 January 2013 of all responses
offering a stay a weekend at Easter 2013 for 4 people and also we Violette
reward your best answer, chosen by the owners with a 50% discount of the rent for 
a weekend trip to Daffodil in January - February - March to November or December
excluding Christmas and New Year 2013 - 2014 -2015

9) WEEK: MORE CHARGES RENT
The rent ranges from   €1 150 € 2 850  according to time of year (see www.regisland.com by reservation)
Charges week: Fixed costs € 170, € 220 cleaning,power of 200 to € 550 following the period and de l'année the use of equipment in the pool room, tourist tax € 0.75 per day per person.
