1) CONTRACT FIDELITE:
We wish to make you profit from a contract of fidelity by refunding you on the rent
a percentage related to the number of weeks rented and this on all the prices

2) CONTRACT SPONSORSHIP:
Your stay will recommend you with liked and you our villas to your entourage.
Please let us know the name of your godson who came or will come and we will
refund you with your next passage 25€.
3) RESERVATION PRECOCE:
If you reserve more than 10 months before the date beginning of the stay we will deduct 5% of the amount of the rent.
If you reserve more than 6 months before the date beginning of the stay we will deduct 3% of the amount of the rent.
4) PROMOTION:
8 weeks before the date of arrival we post on our site a reduced rent from approximately 10 to 12%.
5) LAST MINUTE:
4 weeks before the date of arrival we post on our site a reduced rent from approximately 15 to 20%.
6) SPECIAL CLEANLINESS:
If you leave a particularly clean villa, arranged, to see cleaned we will deduct with the next passage 3% of rent.
7) QUESTIONNAIRE "REGISLAND"
Your opinion interests us and we organize a drawing of lots on January 4 2009 of all the answers by offering
a one weekend stay to Easter 2009 per 4 people to Violette and in addition we will reward the best idea answer,
retained by the owners by a handing-over of 50% of the one weekend rent in Jonquille in
January - February - Mars - November or December except Christmas and Nouvel an
2009 - 2010 - 2011.
FOOT-NOTE: All the confused handing-over will not be able to exceed 10% of the rent
