Our prices are quoted VAT included + rental charges for max. 15 people.
Linen not included (in option)
WEEK-END (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) from Fri. 2:00 pm to Sun. evening (or Mon. 9:00 am).
MIDWEEK from Mon. 2:00 pm to Fri. 9:00 am.

* The prices include: the cleaning at the end of the stay, the electricity, fixed charges and tourist taxes.
A specific clause relating to the electricity consumption will be specified in the rental agreement.
Reservation becomes effective on receipt of a copy of the agreement and advance payment (30% of
the total rent). The balance is to be paid on the day of arrival. At the end of the stay, and
after inventory of the facilities and if relevant (additional options, in case of damage…) extra costs are to
be paid. A security deposit equal to 600 € is required on arrival.
For a weekend from Saturday to Sunday on request.
Payment: by cheque, bank transfer or cash.
